Service Desk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast‑growing property business in Shoreditch. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering responsive, professional service to colleagues across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑line IT support via phone, email and in‑person.
• Log, prioritise and manage incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
• Build, configure and deploy laptops and desktops.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and password resets.
• Support meeting‑room AV equipment.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ticket ownership.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
• Participate in IT projects, upgrades and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in Service Desk, IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, positive and customer‑first attitude.

• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
• Intune (desirable)
• Exchange Online
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow or Jira)
