Service Desk Analyst

About the role

As the first point of contact for IT queries across Redgate’s offices, you will provide fast, friendly support, resolve first‑line incidents and ensure more complex issues are escalated to the right teams.

Key responsibilities

• Triage, log and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary.
• Onboard new starters, configure end‑user devices and maintain IT equipment documentation.
• Collaborate with the Technical Operations team, sharing knowledge and improving support processes.
• Identify patterns in issues and use insights to prevent future problems.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and M365 productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay effective under pressure.
• Genuine interest in learning new technology and suggesting improvements.
