About the role

We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join our growing Managed Service Provider team in Greater Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for client support requests, handling tickets in a fast‑moving environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Provide remote and on‑site support across multiple client environments.
Manage user onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
Perform basic network troubleshooting and hardware deployments.
Conduct regular client site visits for hands‑on assistance.

Required profile

Previous experience in a customer‑facing IT support or service desk role.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
