Service Engineer - Automatic Doors

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team and provide on‑site diagnosis, service and maintenance of automatic doors and entrance systems across Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales. You will work independently while being supported by an experienced team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance on automatic door systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
• Complete accurate service reports after each visit.
• Adhere to health and safety practices at all times.
• Represent the business professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with automatic doors or entrance systems.
• Strong fault‑finding and repair abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• IT literate – proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivated, highly organised and a team player.
