Service Engineer – CNC & Machine Tools

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer with experience in CNC and machine‑tool equipment to join a market‑leading OEM. You will be based at home Monday‑to‑Friday, travelling across a South West regional patch to perform planned and reactive maintenance on specialist tooling machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on CNC and tooling machines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Service, commission and troubleshoot new and existing equipment.
• Travel across the assigned region, covering areas such as Bristol, Bath, Exeter and surrounding counties.
• Document work performed and maintain service records.

Required profile

• Proven experience servicing CNC or machine‑tool equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional patch.
