Service Engineer – Customer Support

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our busy, growing team in Bracknell. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing first‑line assistance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for incoming support requests and manage service tickets.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and coordinate escalation when required.
• Support engineers and internal teams with day‑to‑day coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and keep customers informed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up‑to‑date with technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Organised, reliable and confident when handling customer queries.
• Previous experience in a support desk, helpdesk or coordination role (non‑IT focus).
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and as part of a team.
