Service Engineer – Home Improvements

About the role

Hazlemere Group is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to be the trusted face of quality home improvements for customers across High Wycombe, Welwyn Garden City and the Home Counties. You will deliver on‑site repairs, adjustments and installations that ensure every product performs to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve warranty issues on conservatories, windows, doors and glazed living spaces.
• Fine‑tune bi‑fold doors, adjust windows and doors for smooth operation, and replace hardware such as hinges, handles and locks.
• Identify and rectify conservatory roof leaks and carry out related remedial work.
• Install replacement sealed units, sashes and door slabs, and replace glazing where required.
• Maintain accurate service records and keep customers informed throughout each visit.

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
