Service Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer with a mechanical or electrical background to join a fast‑growing company in Tonbridge. You will work on diesel‑driven and electric submersible pumps, receiving full in‑house training and a company van for personal use.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, inspect and service diesel‑driven pumps.
• Repair, inspect and service electric submersible pumps.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on pump equipment.
• Participate in in‑house training programmes for both pump types.
• Optionally work overtime, paid at 1.5× the standard rate.

Required profile

• Qualified Service Engineer with mechanical or electrical experience.
• Desire to progress into supervisory roles.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• Ability to travel locally using a company‑provided van.
