Service Engineer – Process Machinery (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to deliver on‑site support for a range of process machinery across the United Kingdom. Based in Manchester when not on location, you will travel to client sites to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain compressed air, pneumatic, blower and filtration equipment.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the UK and respond to service calls promptly.
• Diagnose faults, perform corrective actions and document work performed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest improvements and upgrades.
• Utilise overtime opportunities to maximise earnings.

Required profile

• Apprentice‑trained Mechanical Engineer.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly in the field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
