Service Engineer – Pumps (Field Based)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer specialising in pumps to join a leading water company in the South West. The role is field‑based, covering a local patch across Gloucestershire and surrounding towns, working Monday‑Friday on industrial, plant and sewage sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service repair and routine maintenance on a variety of pump systems.
• Travel to multiple sites to service wastewater and pump installations.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Mechanical or electrical background with hands‑on service experience.
• Experience working with water, electrical or pump systems.
• Based locally in Gloucestershire or surrounding area.

Required skills

• Pump repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of wastewater pump systems.
• Field service and troubleshooting.
