Service Engineer (Pumps)

About the role

This is a field‑based Service Engineer position focused on pumps within the water and wastewater sector. You will be based in Gloucester and travel across a local patch covering multiple industrial and sewage sites, delivering maintenance and repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of pump systems.
• Install new pump equipment and upgrade existing installations.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on wastewater and industrial plant pump installations.
• Travel to sites across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on job completion.

Required profile

• Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Previous experience in pump service, repair or installation.
• Familiarity with wastewater or industrial plant environments.
• Local to Gloucestershire or willing to work within the defined patch.
