Service Engineer - Sewage & Wastewater Pumps

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance and repair services for sewage and wastewater pump systems across London and the Home Counties. This field‑based position involves travelling to client sites, ensuring safe and efficient operation of pump equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Service and install a range of water pump solutions on site.
• Maintain accountability for van stock, safety equipment and training records.
• Complete accurate reports for all works performed.
• Work independently, ensuring jobs are finished before leaving the site.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an engineer servicing and installing pumps or related HVAC control systems.
• Electrical qualifications equivalent to the 18th Edition.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible and a solid work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.
