Service Engineer – Thermal Management Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our expanding team that designs and supplies innovative thermal‑management systems for a range of growing industries. The role involves travelling to customer sites across the UK to deliver maintenance, repairs and upgrades while receiving full training and support from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support servicing, maintenance and repair activities on customer premises.
• Replace mechanical and electrical components alongside experienced engineers.
• Carry out planned maintenance to minimise customer downtime.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, instructions and engineering procedures.
• Maintain high health and safety standards while on site.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hands‑on engineering role (e.g., MOT tester, vehicle technician, mechanic, mechanical fitter, assembly technician).
• Mechanical or electrical education (IMI, FGAS, BTEC, HNC or degree) desirable.
• Basic hands‑on experience with mechanical assembly from study, home projects or work.
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, HVAC, refrigeration, manufacturing or field service environments is advantageous.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and assembly procedures.
