Service & Maintenance Engineer – Heat Pumps

About the role

This is a field‑based position based in Royston, covering Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. You will service and maintain air‑source and ground‑source heat pump systems in high‑end residential properties, while developing technical expertise and a clear path to a supervisory role.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on air‑source and ground‑source heat pumps.
• Visit 2‑4 jobs per day, typically 7 am‑4:30 pm.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to the office.
• Assist customers in high‑value homes, ensuring a professional and courteous service.

Required profile

• Qualified plumbing and heating engineer with experience in heat pumps.
• Proven air‑source heat pump experience.
• Strong customer‑facing attitude for high‑value residential settings.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Royston.
