About the role
Are you from a coffee, vending or similar background with team‑management experience and looking to join a market‑leading company? This hybrid Service Manager position offers the chance to influence company growth, lead a field service team and progress your career.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the field service team, ensuring successful delivery of service operations.
- Provide direct line management and training for a team of Service Engineers.
- Travel to customer sites to support engineers and maintain service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing service engineers.
- Background in the coffee, vending or a similar industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
