Service Receptionist – Automotive Workshop

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers in a modern automotive conversion specialist, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone. The position offers a stable, full‑time Monday‑to‑Friday schedule within a supportive team where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers face‑to‑face and on the phone.
• Book service jobs, manage workshop scheduling and maintain customer records.
• Prepare estimates and invoices, and process payments.
• Use digital systems to record interactions and update information.

Required profile

• People‑person with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident using digital systems and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Some experience in reception, administration or service‑based roles is ideal.
