Service Supervisor – Luxury Automotive Centre

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead front‑of‑house operations at a prestigious independent automotive centre specialising in luxury and performance vehicles. You will ensure a seamless customer journey from the first enquiry through to vehicle collection while supporting workshop efficiency and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete customer journey, from enquiry to vehicle collection.
• Manage workshop bookings, prepare estimates and handle invoicing.
• Support workshop workflow and improve efficiency.
• Drive sales through follow‑ups, re‑booking, upselling services and vehicle upgrades.
• Assist with marketing activities, including creating content for social media platforms.
• Maintain high organisational standards and accurate invoicing to maximise profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing automotive role, preferably as a Service Advisor or Service Supervisor.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the automotive industry with a focus on customer service.
• Strong knowledge of workshop processes and management software.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organisational and administrative competence.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive sales approach.
• Competent in using social media platforms for marketing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Genuine interest in performance enhancements, bespoke builds and vehicle modifications.
