Service Supervisor – Path to Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our service department in Kilmarnock. This position offers a clear progression route to Service Manager, working with a diverse client base across agriculture, plant and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage four direct reports and a total team of 27 staff members.
• Oversee daily service operations, including job scheduling, client liaison and complaint handling.
• Plan and allocate maintenance workloads for engineers.
• Ensure the team meets company KPIs and performance targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers in the agricultural, plant and construction industries.

Required profile

• Current or previous experience as a Service Supervisor or similar role.
• Background in agricultural or plant equipment servicing.
• A desire to progress to a Service Manager position.
