Service Technician – Electromechanical (South England)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with an electromechanical background to join a rapidly expanding engineering company. You will service, repair, install and demonstrate a range of bespoke machinery to clients across a Southern England patch, often travelling in a company‑provided van and staying away for a few nights each week.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Install new machinery and provide on‑site demonstrations for customers.
• Travel door‑to‑door across the assigned Southern patch, with occasional overnight stays.
• Provide clear guidance to clients on equipment use and upkeep.
• Document service activities and report any issues to the engineering team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Technician in an electromechanical environment (e.g., catering equipment, ATMs, commercial cleaning, material handling).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overnight assignments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
