About the role
We are seeking a Service Transition / Service Designer to join our busy programme portfolio in Cheshire. This is a three‑month contract role, working on‑site three days a week under an umbrella arrangement, with a day rate plus performance‑based bonus.
Key responsibilities
- Lead service transition, introduction, design and improvement across large, multi‑site programmes for fast‑moving organisations.
- Work on multiple programmes simultaneously, delivering against a busy roadmap over the next few years.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless service integration and continuous improvement.
- Provide expertise in service transition and design to support complex organisational change.
Required profile
- ITIL accredited.
- Excellent communication skills.
