ServiceNow Business Analyst – Hybrid, Edinburgh

About the role

We are partnering with a national leading financial company to deliver a strategic ServiceNow programme. The role is based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis and is a six‑month contract, offering the chance to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and define ServiceNow solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Analyse existing processes and align them with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Support platform enhancements, optimisation, and transformation projects.
• Produce high‑quality business analysis documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analyst experience within ServiceNow environments.
• Demonstrable involvement in ServiceNow projects, including implementation, migration, enhancement or consolidation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and processes.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Desirable experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and large enterprise settings.
