ServiceNow Test Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead to join a high‑profile digital transformation programme in the healthcare sector. The role is remote with occasional travel to UK offices and will run for six months under an IR35 contract.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall test strategy and approach.
• Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with programme objectives and delivery timelines.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams.
• Manage testing resources, monitor progress and remove blockers.
• Oversee defect management, ensuring issues are documented, prioritised and resolved.
• Produce clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks and release readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Test Lead, QA Lead or Senior Test Manager.
• Experience delivering testing in a UK public sector or highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute test strategies and plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Track record in defect management and QA governance.
