Sewer Rehabilitation Manager

About the role

Danaher & Walsh is seeking a Sewer Rehabilitation Manager to lead its Pipeline Solutions division. Based in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, you will oversee a team delivering specialist sewer rehabilitation services across the UK, driving growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strong on‑site customer service and manage the Pipeline Solutions team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Research, evaluate and recommend the latest sewer rehabilitation technologies and equipment upgrades.
• Attend site visits, produce accurate quotations and follow up to secure contracts.
• Upsell services to existing clients and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Manage diary, administration and travel to multiple locations as required.
• Promote services through networking events and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Operate cutting units, oversee lining, patching and reinstatement works.
• Conduct and review site‑specific risk assessments and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
• Ensure all works comply with method statements and health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Background in the service industry, preferably drainage, waste management, construction or multi‑utility.
• Proven work ethic with willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong desire to succeed in a niche, high‑growth sector.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £70,000‑£80,000 per year.
