About the role

Join SOWN’s Shared Ownership team as a Senior Sales Consultant and help customers navigate the journey to own a home through shared ownership. Working remotely across the Midlands, you will be part of a market‑leading company that offers strong training and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise sales opportunities across live shared‑ownership developments.
• Guide prospective buyers from initial enquiry through to purchase, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing, finance and legal support for each transaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and OTE goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property sales or a related commercial sales role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
