Sheet Metal Fabricator – Precision Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our modern manufacturing team in Marden, Kent. You will work in a fully equipped workshop producing high‑quality precision components for a diverse customer base, with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Bend, form, fabricate and finish sheet metal components to exact specifications.
• Manufacture parts according to engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Deburr, drill and assemble fabricated components.
• Perform spot welding on bespoke products when required.
• Maintain high quality standards and meet production deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and keep the work area tidy.

Required profile

• Proven experience with fine‑limit sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with deburring, drilling and spot welding.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work.
