About the role

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our workshop in Maidstone. The role offers a stable, full‑time position within a leading specialist manufacturing company, with opportunities for overtime and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish bespoke sheet‑metal components to high quality standards.
• Interpret and work to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform deburring, drilling and spot‑welding operations.
• Occasionally contribute to specialist projects and operate specialist machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fine‑limit sheet‑metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings.
• Skilled in deburring, drilling and spot‑welding.
• Commitment to producing high‑quality workmanship.
