SHEQ Advisor – Hybrid (Farnborough)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive SHEQ Advisor to join a fast‑growing telecommunications provider. The position is hybrid, combining office work in Farnborough, home‑based tasks and regular visits to customer sites across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain company‑wide HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance and promote a positive safety culture.
• Provide guidance and support to all business areas on health, safety, environmental and quality matters.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the HSEQ strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as the primary point of contact for HSEQ issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably within a construction or telecommunications environment.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused business.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
