Shift Electrician – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Electrician to join a high‑volume FMCG manufacturing site in Blackpool. Working on a rotating 28‑day shift pattern, you will support modern production equipment and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and automation systems across the plant.
• Support a large‑scale, high‑volume manufacturing operation producing well‑known consumer brands.
• Participate in engineering projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled engineering team to deliver reliable production performance.

Required profile

• Recognised engineering qualification, preferably with an apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or FMCG environment.
• Strong interest in engineering excellence, problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop technical and professional skills.
