Shift / Floor Manager – Restaurant

About the role

Tim Hortons is expanding rapidly across the UK and is looking for an enthusiastic Shift / Floor Manager to join its Northampton restaurant. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading a high‑energy team.
• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities during each shift.
• Drive performance, quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels, staff schedules and training programmes.
• Handle operational tasks such as cash handling, health & safety compliance and opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a strong assistant ready to step up.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a passion for food and people.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
