Ship Construction Superintendent

About the role
AGR, part of the Aqualis Group, is seeking a Ship Construction Superintendent to join its Longitude segment. The role will start in the UK, working closely with the vessel owner to prepare for contract award, support design approval, and plan construction oversight for an 80‑metre buoy handling vessel.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the vessel owner to finalize contract preparations.
- Support design approval processes and develop detailed construction plans.
- Provide on‑site supervision of shipbuilding activities across various EU locations and Norway.
- Manage rotation schedules as required.
Required profile
- Recent experience supervising construction of new‑build vessels of comparable or greater size and complexity.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
