Shipping Administration Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Shipping Administration Coordinator to manage the movement of high‑end jewellery shipments for a prestigious jewellery company in Central London.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare shipping documentation including Proforma, Commercial Invoice, Letter of Instruction, ATA Carnet, CITES, and EUR1.
- Pack high‑end jewellery and compile sales support documentation.
- Determine the correct customs procedures and assign Harmonised Tariff Codes.
- Review customs entries to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Provide logistics support to the London sales teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a similar shipping role.
- Knowledge of UK customs procedures, Outward Processing Relief (OPR) and Inward Processing Relief (IPR), and customs warehousing requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong ownership mindset and capability to develop processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a solid team‑player attitude.
Required skills
- Experience with e‑Customs software.
- SAP experience (desirable).
- Excellent IT proficiency.
