Shipping Coordinator / Sales Administrator

About the role
Our client in Woking is looking for a Shipping Coordinator / Sales Administrator to support a fast‑paced sales team. You will ensure smooth global shipments and provide administrative support to drive efficient sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage global shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Process sales orders accurately and keep the sales database up‑to‑date.
- Prepare quotations, pro‑formas and handle customer enquiries.
- Maintain product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Process returns and perform general administrative duties.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Office‑based experience with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
