Showroom Manager – Bathroom Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our bathroom sales showroom in Southend‑on‑Sea. The role combines trade‑focused sales, customer relationship management and showroom oversight, with the opportunity to influence the showroom’s future direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with trade customers such as plumbers, bathroom fitters, builders and developers.
• Drive sales and business development through proactive outreach and in‑showroom engagement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations, ensuring displays are attractive and stock is well managed.
• Provide bathroom design advice to customers, with training supplied as required.
• Take ownership of the showroom’s performance, leading the team and setting sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in showroom or trade sales within the bathroom, kitchen or plumbing sectors.
• Comfortable dealing with both trade professionals and retail customers.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Professional attitude and enthusiasm for driving showroom success.
