About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our Lincoln showroom operations. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance and maintaining high standards across the showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day showroom activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Lead, motivate and manage a sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate vehicle displays.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
- Uphold company values and standards in all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
- Strong sales and customer‑service background with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lincoln full‑time.
- Preferred: degree in business, management or related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and relevant software applications.
