About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our Bath showroom. This permanent, full‑time position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 plus benefits, working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours). You will be responsible for creating an inviting retail environment and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost showroom performance.
