Showroom Sales Manager

About the role

Join City Plumbing as a Showroom Sales Manager and lead the growth of our Bathroom Showroom in London. You will turn customers' visions into reality by delivering bespoke bathroom solutions and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, meeting KPIs and sales margins.
• Own the customer journey from first visit through design, quotation and final sale.
• Provide 3D design services using CAD to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their projects.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and turn them into long‑term showroom advocates.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment and ensure all sales contracts are accurate and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within showroom, bathroom, or home‑improvement environments.
• Self‑motivated “hunter” who actively networks with local tradespeople and manages a pipeline of leads.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets, with a focus on bonus‑driven performance.
• Experience in roles such as Showroom Consultant, Sales Executive, Bathroom Designer, Trade Counter Supervisor or Senior Sales Advisor.
