Signage Production Manager

About the role

The Signage Production Manager will lead the shop‑floor team in a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring projects move efficiently from design to dispatch. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑moving signage and large‑format printing business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily workloads, allocate resources and monitor production schedules to meet client deadlines.
• Oversee quality control, sign off completed jobs and ensure output meets company and client specifications.
• Lead production meetings, manage stock levels and coordinate material requirements.
• Prepare finished projects for dispatch and installation, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain health and safety standards, housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production within the signage industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, print, assembly and dispatch processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to align multiple departments.
• Leadership ability, attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
