SIPP Administrator – Hybrid Pension Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SIPP Administrator to join an award‑winning pension provider. The role combines hybrid home and office working with a varied caseload covering the full lifecycle of Self‑Invested Personal Pensions.

Key responsibilities

• Process SIPP transfer‑in and transfer‑out requests.
• Manage new business applications from initiation to completion.
• Administer pension drawdown, retirement income, and PCLS payments.
• Calculate member benefits, including drawdown, bereavement and divorce cases.
• Process investment applications and withdrawals.
• Use HMRC online services and payroll systems to administer member benefits.
• Liaise with financial advisers, clients, solicitors and third‑party providers.
• Support administration of SIPPs and SSAS arrangements, including property‑based schemes.
• Maintain service standards, meet agreed service levels and contribute to risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with complaint resolution when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SIPP or broader pension administration.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing pension schemes.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with advisers, clients and third parties.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
