SIPP Administrator – London/Hybrid (6‑month FTC)

About the role

The SIPP Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the SIPP team, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintenance, and monitoring of SIPP operations. This hybrid London‑based role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract, offering the chance to work closely with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify all SIPP client onboarding documentation in line with company and HMRC guidelines.
• Set up and maintain client, portfolio, and account data in internal and Pershing systems.
• Process payrolls, benefit requests, and contribution payments, including Direct Debits via GoCardless.
• Conduct AML, KYC, and bank account validation checks for new and existing clients.
• Manage daily reconciliations of SIPP bank accounts and support third‑party administrator communications.
• Respond to client queries, handle complaints, and ensure compliance with MiFID II and AEOI legislation.
• Update management information, draft procedural changes, and participate in SIPP team calls.

Required profile

• Experience in SIPP or pension administration, including client onboarding and documentation checks.
• Familiarity with HMRC guidelines, AML/KYC processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, AEOI).
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and maintain high service standards.
