Site Assistant – 18‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Site Assistant supports the day‑to‑day operation of the Science and Innovation Park in Wroughton. Working closely with the Commercial Delivery Manager and site teams, you will help deliver events, projects and routine activities safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up spaces for internal and external clients, including furniture, equipment and signage.
• Coordinate logistics for events, deliveries and off‑site movements, ensuring timely arrival and safe handling of items.
• Welcome visitors, drive guests around the site and provide a professional first impression.
• Assist with photography for marketing and documentation purposes.
• Support planning sessions and contribute ideas for future site activities.
• Perform occasional weekend and evening cover as required by the event schedule.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence – a car will be provided for site duties.
• Physical ability to lift, move and off‑load items safely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
• Commitment to a 18‑month fixed‑term contract, 35 hours per week on site.
