Site Engineer – East Hyde Thames Water Project

About the role

We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our East Hyde Thames Water team based in East Hyde, Bedfordshire. This exciting opportunity will see you planning, providing engineering guidance, and supervising production on the East Hyde STW project. You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team where your development is valued.

Key responsibilities

• Set out works and provide dimensional control to ensure accurate construction within tolerances.
• Interpret drawings and specifications while maintaining quality standards across all project elements.
• Collaborate with the workforce to ensure safety protocols are understood and followed.
• Produce accurate as‑built records and maintain thorough site documentation.
• Build positive relationships across the team and contribute to project planning and coordination.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in civil engineering with setting‑out skills.
• Degree or HNC in civil engineering or a construction‑related discipline.
• Working towards professional membership (ICE/CIOB) and committed to personal development.
• Comfortable using MS Office and AutoCAD in daily work.
• Enjoy building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
