Site Labourer – Residential Construction (Fairford)

About the role
Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a reliable Site Labourer to join a major residential development in Fairford. You will support skilled tradespeople and help keep the site running smoothly during the final phases of current work and the start of new groundworks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised site environment.
- Assist carpenters, bricklayers and dryliners with material handling and basic tasks.
- Unload deliveries and move materials safely around the site.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support the site management team with daily operational duties.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full personal protective equipment (hard hat, high‑vis clothing, steel‑toe boots).
- Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
- Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
- Ability to provide at least one professional reference.
