Site Labourer – Temporary Construction Role

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Site Labourer to join our new‑build residential project in Alderholt. The role involves supporting the construction team with a variety of general labour tasks, ensuring the site runs smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist tradespeople and site managers with daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Keep the site tidy and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform basic manual handling and site clean‑up duties.
Required profile
- Previous experience in construction labour or site work preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card where required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 – £16.70.
- Temporary fixed‑term placement on a new‑build residential project.
