Site Manager – Construction & Fire Safety

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead multiple workstreams across our housing portfolio in Chingford, London. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, supporting a £6m annual delivery target.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities and delivery teams across fire door, kitchen & bathroom, and roof & window programmes.
• Review and support Fire Risk Assessment actions and fire safety compliance.
• Manage planned maintenance, refurbishment, and building‑regulation compliance works.
• Maintain RAMS, permit‑to‑work systems, inspections and quality‑assurance processes.
• Conduct snagging, inspections and final handovers, particularly for passive fire protection works.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large‑scale housing projects.
• NVQ Level 6 Construction or Management (or equivalent).
• Valid Black CSCS Card (or working towards).
• SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
