About the role

The Site Manager will be based on‑site in Little England, overseeing daily construction activities for Knapman & Sons. This full‑time position ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and monitor all site work, including subcontractor activities.
Supervise site staff, manage resources and materials, and resolve on‑site issues.
Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Communicate regularly with clients, consultants and internal project teams.
Keep accurate site records and support project reporting and handover.

Required profile

Proven experience in site management or supervisory roles within construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and quality standards.
Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems on site and work independently.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional sites.
