Site Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our construction team in Rainham. The role involves overseeing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project timelines and quality targets.
• Lead and motivate site teams, promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement health and safety policies, ensuring full compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges early, and take proactive measures to achieve excellent results.

Required profile

• Hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Proven experience in a site management role with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Working towards or holding professional membership with a relevant body.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organised, proactive, and committed to outstanding client satisfaction.
