Site Manager – Construction Projects (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects across two London sites in Ealing and Bramley. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site teams, including subcontractors and labour personnel.
• Ensure works are completed on schedule and meet required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate timelines across multiple trades and activities.
• Monitor site safety procedures, conduct regular inspections and enforce health & safety regulations.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including labour, materials and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, safety logs and progress documentation.

Required profile

• Proven site management experience within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Demonstrable experience promoting and enforcing health & safety standards.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
