Site Manager – Facades & Cladding Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of façade and cladding projects across commercial and residential sites in London and the Home Counties. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will own the day‑to‑day performance of projects valued between £1 m and £3 m.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality to meet client expectations.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions and daily briefings.
• Liaise with subcontractors, senior leadership and developers on remedial cladding works.
• Monitor progress, report to the Contracts Manager and resolve any on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior operational experience within the facades and cladding sector.
• Strong knowledge of cladding remedial systems and experience working with major developers.
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication abilities.
• SMSTS (or equivalent) certification preferred.
