Site Manager – High-End Refurbishment (Central & West London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead high‑end refurbishment, reconfiguration and fit‑out projects across Central and West London. You will take full ownership of site operations, work directly with high‑profile clients and drive projects to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑end refurbishment projects across Central and West London.
• Oversee health & safety, inductions and RAMS on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and to high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous site management or project management experience within construction.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
• Strong understanding of construction site processes and health & safety.
• Confident in dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to lead projects independently.
