Site Manager – High-End Residential Refurbishment

About the role

An established London‑based main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high‑end residential refurbishment project in Primrose Hill, North West London. You will join a seasoned site team, report to the Project Manager and be accountable for coordinating subcontractors and delivering M&E packages to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and supervise all subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing (M&E) packages, ensuring safe and timely installation.
• Oversee works from first fix through second fix to final finishes.
• Review subcontractor RAMS and enforce health & safety compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team to keep the programme on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on luxury residential refurbishment or high‑end fit‑out projects.
• Strong background in subcontractor management and M&E coordination.
• Ability to interpret drawings, programmes and subcontractor requirements.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
